Middlesbrough Train Station 2019
An air purifying intervention filled with plants that clean the toxins from the air. Each plant was chosen for the toxins it removed; the Mother-in-Law Tongues remove the formaldehyde released by aging buildings, Peace Lilly’s breathe in the benzenes spewed from cars.
This work was commissioned by Festival of Thrift as part of Viewpoints and was featured in the Middlesbrough Weekender 2019.
